Boxing

The sweet science, taught in rounds. Footwork, guard, combinations and bagwork with conditioning built into the class.

01 · The work

What it is.

Boxing at Odyssey is a coached group class, not a bag free-for-all. You learn where your feet go, how your guard protects you, and how to put punches together without losing your balance.

The class moves in rounds, the way boxing does. You will finish tired, but you will also finish knowing more than you did at the start.
